Brunner Christmas Show

As part of the Christmas show 2018, Mr Howard’s and Ms Connolly’s 5th and 6th class performed a live episode of the Brunner Interviews and we spoke to some amazing special guests. We had Michael D Higgins, The Spice Girls, Donald Trump, The Pope, The Thai Cave Boys, Mick McCarthy and Robbie Keane, Fernando from Ballybrack and Bruno Mars. Tadgh and Nicholas did an amazing job asking the questions. We hope you enjoyed this episode.

Gary Gannon interview for College Awareness Week

In this episode of the Brunner Interview, Lucas and Harvey speak to Gary Gannon in Trinity College as part of College Awareness Week for the Solas Project. The boys have a great interview with Gary about third level education, his experiences of going to college in Trinity and his current role in the Trinity Access Programme. This is a great conversation and we learned a lot about different aspects of college on the day. We hope you enjoy this interview. Thanks to Nik and Lucas for editing this video. Everyone did a super job!

Science Week Making Holograms

In this episode 8 of The Brunner Interviews, we speak to Julie in Marsh’s Library. We make holograms and talk about science week. Science week is an important week as it creates awareness of the importance of science in our every day lives. The boys in Mr Howards class were delighted to take part in the cool hologram experiment. Thanks to Teo and Cole for asking the questions and to Lucas for doing such an excellent job behind the scenes editing the clips. We hope you enjoy our video.

Brunner Interview David Cryan

In episode 7 of the Brunner Interview, we speak to local Garda David Cryan. David is a sergeant in the Bridewell Garda station which is located near the school. He is well known for taking part in the TV programme Operation Transformation 2018 in which he lost nearly 4 stone in weight. David speaks to Tadgh and Rhys about his experience on the programme and how he managed to change his life. He explains the changes he made to his diet and how he got back into doing exercise. He gives some great tips for anyone looking to embark on a fitness or health regime. David is an excellent guest and we really enjoyed listening to his story. He also tells the Brunner boys that their questions are better than those on Ray Darcy Radio Show which he was on a few weeks ago!

We hope you enjoy this episode.
